Tell us about your role at BHA
I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes – supporting HR, the senior team, and day-to-day operations. It’s a mix of admin, coordination, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work!
How did you end up working in this field
I have a really varied work history but mostly recently have been using my admin skills within a professional services environment, while running creative workshops in community and charity organisations. This role felt like a natural fit, bringing together my organisational skills and passion for working in purpose-led organisations.
Tell us something interesting about yourself
I love creative writing – and I’m working on a novel! I’m having fun doing it without any pressure, but I do hope to one day grace the bookshelves of my favourite bookshops.
