Tell us about your role at BHA
I work as a Community Engagement and Development Worker at BHA. My role involves outreach, sex education, STI testing, and some research as well.
How did you end up working in this field
I love working with people and care deeply about the wellbeing of ethnic minorities and the LGBTQ+ community. I’m also passionate about promoting sexual health across all walks of life. I’m really glad that my values align with BHA’s mission, and I’m happy to be working for a diverse and inclusive charity like BHA.
Tell us something interesting about yourself
I grew up in Hong Kong, a culturally diverse city in East Asia. My background has made me really interested in different cultures, histories, and people’s individual stories. So when we meet, feel free to share anything about yourself, I’d be glad to hear your story, whether it’s big or small.
